Arcom was engaged to deliver a retail development signage package involving four stakeholder groups and competing requirements. The project needed a high-quality visual outcome while addressing compliance, safety, budget and long-term practicality. Because signage had not been fully integrated into the original construction detailing, missing structural supports, restricted wall access and unresolved building services had to be solved late in the programme.
